Baggage Policy
Baggage Allowances
I. CHECKED BAGGAGE
Thai Vietjet’s baggage policy applies exclusively to flights operated by Thai Vietjet. If your itinerary includes flights operated by other carriers, their specific baggage rules will apply for those segments.
For Thai Vietjet flights:
-
SkyBoss fares include 30 kg of checked baggage.
-
Deluxe fares include 20 kg of checked baggage.
-
Eco fares do not include checked baggage allowance by default.
To protect your belongings during travel, we highly recommend packing your items in sturdy, travel-friendly luggage. This helps minimize the risk of damage during handling and transport.
For easier identification, personalize your bags with name tags or stickers. Including your contact information on the tag can help you recover your baggage quickly in case of any mix-ups after landing.

Checked baggage is usually transported on the same flight; however, the airline may carry it on a separate flight for safety, security, or operational reasons. If this occurs, we will return the baggage to you within a reasonable timeframe upon arrival (unless customs requires you to collect it in person).

Passengers must collect checked baggage promptly upon arrival. Unclaimed baggage may be stored and incur storage fees. After 60 days, uncollected baggage may be disposed of without liability. Perishable goods may be disposed of sooner.
